I have been to Coconuts three times. The first time I got an automated was ( I think it was the $7.00 wash) I took my 2005 Ford Five Hundred through with no incident. I was satisfied with the wash. I then took my 2005 Chevy Silverado SS through and the machine nearly ripped the front bumper cover off. After I went through I pulled in to the vacuums and started to vacuum my truck, that is when I noticed my bumper cover pulled away from my bumper. I brought it to an employees attention he went towards the building an spoke to who I thought was the manager. The man looked at my truck and offered me a pry bar to fix it. I was not offered any compensation or refund. The last time I went I took my Ford in for full service. During the automated wash the machine ripped one of the vent shades(rain guard) off . I understand they are not responsible for that type of accessories, I have taken this vehicle with vent shades on it before with out incident. The worst part was the cleaning they did on the inside. I waited for about 30 minutes then my vehicle pulled up. I had to point out dirt spots on the outside of the vehicle, I opened the driver door it looked good so i went home. Once I arrived home I started looking at the interior and rear carpet better, they did a horrible job. I had to vacuum it myself at home. I am not sure why I had to wait 30 minutes for them to pretend to vacuum it. I have not been back and will not go again.

It's been awhile since I've been to Coconuts. Absolutely great service by Joe and the team!  Great things happen when a team is able to come together and succeed as a one.  Well done!  Much appreciated!

The  young people were more interested in talking to each other than cleaning.  When I got in the car, there were clearly large swaths of dust they just didn't wipe up.   They were rushing too much and not watching or checking what they did.  I won't go back.

Love this car wash. It's been my go to for years. Quick, fast and friendly. Always accommodate my special request. The new tidal wave wash is so awesome, my sons favorite.
