I love Coffee Bianco! When I have long writing days, I'll come and stay from open to close. The atmosphere is relaxing and the wooden chairs are super comfortable. Their coffee is delicious - I even drink it black, which is unusual for me (and $1 refills!) - and their turkey pesto panini and a bowl of tomato basil soup is a perfect lunch. Oh and definitely try the apple cinnamon latte if you like sweet specialty drinks. Plus, everyone is super friendly and personable! Service is a bit slow, which isn't a big deal if you're coming to hang out, but might want to plan for that if you're in a hurry.

I was initially drawn to this coffee shop because they offered so many flavor options, they have a stamp card to earn a free coffee, and their cakes are really good. However.. the customer service is sometimes okay, sometimes awful. The younger girls who work there are very nice, don’t get me wrong. But the owner (I’m assuming) just stands around behind the counter while they work, not offering any kind of help whatsoever, and I’m pretty sure the owner doesn’t speak much English - or doesn’t care. Because of this, the girls get overwhelmed and customer service becomes very slow. Also, they always left way too much empty space in my coffee cup (to go). I would have ordered a larger one if I could, just to get a large coffee!! It sucks because I was excited about replacing Starbucks with something local. Too bad.

Good food, but service was awful and rude. Also the coffee isn't that good. The server was just sitting outside talking to her friends and not helping anyone.

Delicious chai tea latte and tiramisu. I will definitely be back to try more. Great atmosphere and customer service as well.

When Coffee Biano opened I was really happy, because it was an alternative to Starbucks. Yes, at first it was great! Went there many times. And then I didn't,t visit for almost a year and one rainy Sunday decided to go and get some coffee and dessert. But unfortunately things changed and not in a good way...coffee was fine, but dessert what they recommended - apple turnover had a strange taste, somebody put way toooo many eggs in it... I didn't  feel good after... had to go home instead of doing grocery shopping...and my coffee was in plastic, not in nice cup like before when I ordered my food and drink there, not to go...Atmosphere and music was nice, but it,s not enough for the coffee shop. Would I like to go again...probably not...sad...
