It was absolutely disgusting. The pancakes tasted like water and so did the eggs. My husband had 2 footings and they were so burnt that he couldn't eat them. The only good thing was the employees they were kind.

Worst service and experience I've even endured. Half of the food was done in 30 minutes, other half 20 minutes later. Even the toast was a blackened crisp. The waitress was snotty and rude and made us pay the full bill. NEVER EVER eat here.

The  manager  of the West Jefferson restaurant isn't friendly and just plain rude other that the wait staff and cooks are great

My husband and I got takeout and the food was good. They had our food ready when we got there and it did not cost much. Friendly staff.

Haven't ate there since last year due to bad meal. Tonight I calles to place an order tonight. Girl said, hold on for a minute. After holding for 11 minutes 32 seconds. I hung up. Called back several times but got busy signal. I'll never call back or eat there again. Pity anyone that does
