Super good coffee and versatile for special diets (vegan). Outdoor smoking area with ash trays. Very nice staff and VERY fast customer service. I was impressed by this dude's pace haha. My coffee was done by the time I handed over the money!

Always a good experience here. Staff is naturally friendly. Other customers always look cheerful. No clue how pricing is compared to the mainstream places but this is a great alternative to those sheepfolds

I'll start with the coffee. It's terrible, burned if it's hot or burned and old if it's iced (tastes kind of like mold). I have had black coffee here at least 50 times because this is the only place with a patio but every time it's the worst coffee I've ever had- and I have a lot of experience with coffee from all over the US. Maybe it's the beans or the roasting but even instant coffee is ten steps above this trash.

The service is okay, mostly the employees are nice but there is one woman there who is incredibly rude.

The music is absolutely atrocious. They play the same few classic rock garbage songs over and over and over and it's blaring.

They don't recycle. There are only plastic and paper cups and plastic silverware and they recycle nothing. Customers are only allowed to have water in styrofoam cups. I have no clue why this place has a personal vendetta against the environment.

Lastly, none of the baristas know how to properly steam milk. This means that anytime you want to stray from the disgusting coffee you have the choice of something akin to kool-aid or a drink with over-steamed burnt milk. 

If you're forced to go here then I suggest ordering the only decent and drinkable thing they sell: green tea.

Decent alternative to the SB scene. Couple of things. 1. There are a lot of customer favorites that the staff dote on which is fine but they need to make newcomers feel more welcome too. 2. Artificial plants are very Dusty. Need to spruce those up. I feel the pictures on the wall need to go.   Coffee is ok but there are places that have really great coffee. For instance peixoto coffee. You have the clientele, the basic set up in terms of equipment. Focus on the quality of your coffee more and the different varietals. It makes a difference.  You may make great coffee drinks where they get so doctored up that the coffee quality does not matter as much but there are those that enjoyed the flavor of the coffee itself. Freshness and a varietal selection are of course key.

I love coffee rush! Such a great place to hang out and the coffee is amazing! Starbucks has nothing on this place. The prices are similar for coffee rush and Starbucks but the sizes are bigger at coffee rush.
