After the attorney I had made mistakes that cost me my kids.   I asked a client who was an attorney who he would recommend.  He recommended Mark Theune.  After interviewing Mark I hired him and he finished this nasty divorce with my crazy ex-wife.  
Not only was he outstanding, but his firm was too.  I used Jake Cohen to incorporate my business at the time.  When Mark was unavailable he had Ken's son stand in for him in court.  He did an awesome job!  
The office staff is excellent, Hazel is amazing, and all are professional and don't make you feel like your part of the herd of cattle in line for the slaughter.  
One important thing to note for any that are on more limited budgets.  Hiring this firm was more cost effective than other cheaper by the hour firms.  They do a better job for the money and do not nickle dime you for every copy or other clerical thing they do.  I could not recommend them highly enough.
  Recently I found out that Mark passed away in a diving accident.  He will be missed.  He truly helped me through one of the worst times of my life and I considered him a friend.  Fair winds and calm seas Mark, thank you.

Called to ask a couple questions and higher them for a case coming up, they didn't even want to talk to me about it without paying 200 an hour, no thanks.
