Well its been my first visit since the new owner has taken over, and I already miss the guys, I hope you three are doing well and hopefully this reaches you.  The new owner treats the employees with overtones and harrassing language either in phone calls or (less likely) in person, while his wife who has no business telling employees anything because she isn't the boss, treats them even worse by talking down to them, shouting at them, and just overall has a bad attitude toward any one.  Though I've employees come and go over the years, one thing still remains, the employers don't care about the great staff they have now.

awesome service and great prices i literally just bought a 1700 dollar washer and dryer and dont use it at all because their prices are so good.  Also not to mention i called in and told them i was going to be late and they stayed late for me...10/10 will continue to use for years to come!
