Wow, my experience was totally different from yours. Jody came to my house and did a wonderful job. He was quick to complete his work and I didn't have a problem with his conversation. He cleaned up the work area well when he was finished. I too gave him upfront money, a portion of the total cost of the contract that I signed for him to do the work.
I will call him again because his quality of work is the best I've had in years. He actually did a couple simple things that were not in the contract when I asked a question about them to see what the cost would be.

he talks too much and dont get the job done, over charge too.he also ask me to give him some money for buying material, i fired him and he still owes me 300 bucks back.
