Our visits to Coldstone are always a great time. We love the friendly staff that greets us like family and the care given to our orders. We recently discovered their "ice cream cakes" which have been a hit a holiday events and birthday parties. Just make sure to order your ice cream cake in advance and bring a cooler when you pick them up!

Can not accommodate many customers inside this shop. Due to its location, it's small, there was a mom with a kid in a stoller and no room for her to pass. The ice cream was good, don't think I had had this in years. I'm a thrifty person, some of the ice cream in the grocery store is just as good or better. Went here because we had a day at the beach, it was convenient.

Terrible customer service. Staff can not comprehend basic questions. Took my boy for the first time to get ice cream and i asked if they have a free birthday cone. She said yes a kids cone. Then she said no once we are ready to pay. The manager says I need to sign in online to get the coupon. I said ok I will do that, then she says I have to wait 24 hrs! So that is clearly crazy communication ... but to make matters worse they charge for a basic cone. Really I guess $4 for a tiny ice cream is not enough. Will definitely never be coming back. Total rudeness!

Best ice cream ever! This location is always busy abd service is a little slow but sign up for the emails to get buy one get one!
