I'd leave zero stars if I could. Purchased a coupon online and the manager would not honor it, but instead offered his own deal and told me to sign up for their coupons. Now that isn't the problem, the problem for me was the fact that when I asked (multiple) times if there was anything he would do to try and fix/contact the company selling the coupon so it doesn't happen to anyone else, I just got the run around. The fact that he said it's happened before and didn't seem worried about it was not professional at all. People are losing money for purchasing the deal (the company does not offers refunds) Also the young lady working there yesterday (didn't see her name) around 4pm needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment!!! I understand you have a job to do but handle it gracefully, as we were very understanding of the situation. I just wanted answers as to how the problem would be solved.

While I am often a customer here & I enjoy the product, I am displeased with the customer service of a young lady named Tezz. She failed to inform us that she had run out of brownies when we ordered a signature creation that called for them & proceeded to make it without them and without saying anything. The lack of communication is what I have a problem with. A simple “Just so you know we ran out, is there something else you’d like instead?” would’ve sufficed.

This location serves the same awesome ice cream I've experienced at all Cold Stones. The service was friendly and fast, especially considering how mobbed it can get on a Saturday night. Definitely try their Seasonal flavor. On my most recent visit it was dark chocolate Ice Cream with swirls of raspberry sauce. 

There are three different sizes and all of them are generous. I usually get a medium and hubby gets a large. 

Check out their signature creations for great mix-in combinations! If there's something you want to change or swap out, they're more than happy to do that!

I hate to give such a low rating because their ice cream is amazing. However, out of the last 6 times I've been there, only one of them I would consider to be a good experience. My most recent experience was the worst and is what prompted this review. I brought in a coupon for a buy one get one free like it, love it, or gotta have it. I asked for a gotta have it cake batter ice cream with Reece's cups and brownies. The girl who helped me couldn't remember my order so literally asked me to repeat it three times! Then when I order the second item she asked me what size. It was BOGO free so obviously the same size as the previous order. Then when she brought me up front I noticed what I ordered didn't have nearly as much as the other one I got did even though they were the same size. Usually when they don't get the amount right they fill the rest up with ice cream. Of course that didn't happen. When I got in the car I snapped some pictures before I started eating it omw home. As I was eating I noticed that apparently she forgot the brownies, despite me telling her four times!!! I literally think she was high. I smoke so I knew what was up. I will continue to come here for the ice cream, but am very VERY disappointed about the service I've gotten the last 5 out of 6 times.
