I am in Naples for business and when I asked for an un-itemized receipt the emoplyee wasn't sure how to do this. Now the store copy came out perfect with out a break down of my purchases but the customer receipt had every topping and type of ice cream I chose. The employee ringing me out asked the manager that was on duty asked why I needed it this way and I explained to him why. He was rude towards me and said that can not be done and there is no way to do this and that there is no reason for me to ask for this. I felt awkward and left. The attitude was unnecessary, he could've just been nice about it apologized and I wouldn't have had a problem with that. The worst part was I had added a tip to the receipt before hand.. perfect.. They just lost a customer in me.

Amazing ice cream, even better than Italian gelato in Rome :)

We live in Naples and found this hidden gem after searching for good ice cream on the internet. The creations they make, and the ingredients are outstanding! Last time we ordered a mint-chocolate combination with a brownie and chocolate sauce, loved it!

Skip the over-priced, touristic, ice cream places downtown and make a trip here instead. The surrounding area is perhaps not that nice, but you can close your eyes and think of the ice cream.... :)

Gentleman (Ken) behind the counter was nice but coughing. Ice cream cakes are good (I always get one here for my b-day or used to at least), unfortunately regular ice creams are a disaster when compared with other places (Waterside), not much choice, not much flavor, just dull. The worst part is that I felt sick to my stomach right after eating the ice cream, might be a just a coincidence but I won't be back for sure.

Ice cream is thick, creamy amazing! Toppings ultra fresh. I'm here twice, sometimes three times a week for the "gotta have it" coffee lovers.  So good! 
Fast, friendly service!

Ice creams paradise... I find it so hard there to choose flavor because they have so many... huge variety of ice cream and toppings... clean place with a very friendly staff and good prices...
