I feel unwelcome coming to this ice cream store. I definitely feel uncomfortable. The ice cream  flavors Tags are confusing and when I ask the attendant it feels like it was a bother. Definitely the ice cream it's amazing . We got what we expect it. Next time  we will just buy the cupcakes or cake.

So disappointed with this stores quality and the staffs treatment of my parent. Yesterday my mom bought a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for a family members birthday. The cake looked like a mint ice cream cake but tasted only like vanilla- poor quality vanilla. She contacted the store regarding the flavor mix up and poor taste and was rudely told she could not get a refund or a new cake since the cake in question had been cut into  two slices by the way. How would anyone know what the cake tasted it like unless they cut into it? Please make it make sense.  To anyone else thinking of purchasing here please find another location with better reviews. Or go to a Carvel.

Did not give his name but yelled at me 100 times they were closed despite that it was not yet closing time. I placed an order online I made sure to arrive before closing to pick it up and he proceeded to yell at us and drop our ice cream on the ground. Never have I received as bad customer service as this. This employee needs further training on how to treat individuals.

So I go to this location from time to time. Each and every time I have been there the trash at the entrance is disgusting. I spoke to the supervisor and let her know it looks bad for them. She told me it's the responsibility of the shopping center. With that in mind I think maybe Cold Stone should consider placing and additional trash  inside to keep it looking inviting.

Ice cream taste great and the Spooky ice cream is different and is good but beware.....ur poop may turn the color of the ice cream... for a couple days.. but id do it again :D

I went to Cold Stone last Friday to lift my spirits after a stressful day and the employee who served me was so friendly and patient with me. I believe she said her name was Rachelle. Great ice cream as well. Served fast and great quality. Refreshing.

The girl with the brown curly hair is super sweet! The staff overall are way way better than what they used to be even though i came in during a busy time

Horrible place!! The staff are super rude.. they tread customers like trash. I was with my family 6 people and just one person was helping us while the rest were chilling without doing anything.. I asked for help to get things done quickly and one of the members just told me to wait.. oh surprise I requested to speak with the manager, and the manager was the one who was serving us.. like.. at this point.. if she didn't say anything while the things happen on front of her... What was the point to talk to her.. bad manager..  The worse part is that they kicked us out while we were enjoying the ice cream.. .. they just turn off the light and tell us to get out bcuz they are close.. Susan was de MOD AT THAT POINT.

My rating is ZERO.  This Sunday, I visited this Cold Stone and there is a girl with long black hair that is serving ice-cream after running her hands all through her hair with no gloves or care.  As I'm eating, my ice cream, I get a long black hair in my ice-cream yuckk- tie your hair back lady- you wouldn't like it if it were your food. Piggy workers, go work somewhere else if you don't want to respect someone's food.  To the owner:  Please implement sanitary conditions & standards which MUST be followed when dealing with food.  This place needs help with health standards and better staff!  I will be calling the Dept. of Health- this is appalling and unsafe.

Just went with my family. And it’s not the first time i had been here and the ice cream are delicious and customer service use to be good but tonight I had a really bad experience… we told the girl 3 of our orders but my mom haven’t choose her flavor yet and a blonde girl literally took us away from the flavor section with a bad attitude. I finally told the girl that my mom wanted vanilla in a classic cone, she asked  me what size but since it was a cone I didn’t understood she was asking about the amount of ice cream so just because of that she roll her eyes to me in a mean way, she gave us the wrong cone but didn’t say anything about that. Out of the 3 order she just served one good the other two where melt, the chocolate was not minced correctly plus she did not fill the cup. My mom told the blonde to fix the ice creams and she did it with attitude too, she was spiking an E sigarate  and talked to my mom with out mask on. The only one with good service was a guy because my mom asked for someone that speaks Spanish and the blonde was right next to us and did not help but he came from the back and try to assist us. To the owner of this location I recommend you to talk to the girls working tonight because they are not working and give a bad aparience to the store.
