I went in about 2 hours ago to buy a quart of my fav, the coffee lover's. This is VERY expensive at $12 a quart.  Fast forward to relaxing at home and decide to have a little only to show its not a full quart?!?!?! Guess the teeny bopper was too lazy to fill it. I expect for the amount of money it costs for it to be filled. Now I know to check it....even Dairy Queen has them filled to the rim.  Owner responded below but it's not possible to "DM" them with no contact info.

Ordered ice cream for three. Not a single order was right! Not one! My mix-in’s were in with the other orders. Some of their mix-in’s were in mine. There were mix-in’s we didn’t order at all. So tired of ordering from places and it is completely wrong. No one, I mean NO ONE can stop and read an order correctly anymore and this place is bad about it!

I have ordered pick up from this coldstone several times and they never get the order right. Yesterday, I called because I had enough - was missing mix-in’s on 2/4 ice creams, a waffle cone, and one was a size smaller than I’d ordered.  I heard the person on the phone confirm with another that they had in fact missed at least my waffle cone. They claimed to not have missed the mix-ins but I guarantee they did on two of the 4 ice creams.  Then they came back on the phone and offered to remake my whole order, which was nice but it’s a 20 min drive to pick up ice cream here. And then the line went dead. I called three times after that and they never picked up.  Lesson learned: just order from another location.

I have never been disappointed in cold stone creamery in my life but today these guys tried to pull a fast one. While I still ate it all they put the small size in the medium size cup. Not earth shattering but I did believe the people at cold stone had better ethics then that. Sometimes ice cream is all you have to look forward to, my faith in humanity is crushed.

New owner......getting fresh staff.  They also own one in Boulder, Denver West, and on 104th in Westminster.  This isn't  McDonald's  ice cream for sure.....it's  much better.  It is more expensive  than McDonald's, to be sure.  However, they have flavors that McDonald's  doesn't  AND you will probably have a much better experience than at sone fast food place. I have come to this store a couple times in the past year. I have always loved how welcoming and helpful the staff has been every time I come in. I recently came in wanting to use Apple Pay and forgot to bring my debit card with me. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but he paid it for me. It made my bad day turn into a good day. I’m always going to remember that and I will consider this location my main ColdStone. Love this store!

$15.00 with $2.00 tip for the smallest amount of ice cream I have ever received. Two separate servings. First time at this location. Have had better experience at other locations. Too many other options for ice cream in area to ever come back. I believe employee training is the issue. Hope franchise can fix quickly.

3rd visit in a week. First visit there was a hair in my Ice cream. Second visit they were pretty clueless and not as welcoming as the person who I had the first time.. they didn't have any tops to the large tub so I had to accept a lesser amount but still paid for the large tub...3rd and final visit was yesterday. The two girls working need major training. Rude whispering to each other about someone in our party then they overfill the ice cream tub to the point where the top couldn't go on. Stuck it in a tiny paper bag and sent me on my way..the bag ripped before I got to the car and there was ice cream everywhere. Was actually upset that I tipped them. I like the ice cream but it's the poor customer service and faulty practices for me. Hoping to find another ice cream place to frequent! Spent close to $60 in 3 visits..never again.

Placed my order online for delivery and the kids working screwed up my order. When I called they wanted to know if I wanted to pick up the missing items at a later date. Why would I do that?! I bought the stuff to eat today not later. Then the little girl said she had no idea how to even do a refund. She said she would need to call her manager.  Edit: I was contacted by who I assume is the manager. He was very apologetic about the situation. The way he handled it was very professional and I appreciate what he did.
