This review is for their create your own ice cream cake. My son loves their ice cream and instead of getting a ice cream cake from the grocery store he wanted to try one of Cold Stone’s in his favorite signature ice cream creations. I picked fudge, peanut butter sauce, and Reese’s peanut butter cups to be mixed in. There was hardly any mix ins at all and the very little that was in the ice cream was near the edge of the cake only. There was no fudge to our knowledge at all mixed in. This cake was a huge disappointment and not worth the $43 that I paid for it, I could have gone to the grocery store and just bought the Reese’s ice cream cake. We have 3 out of 5 people in our family that loves ice cream cake for their birthday, looks like this is not the place to get them.
Good ice cream, although only basic flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No tables inside, but a few benches outside.
It would have been good if my ice cream was not mixed with other orders that was done before me. My founders favorite ended up having sprinkles and blue something not even sure what flavor ice cream mixed in it, it was gross. Would be nice if they clean stations after use because if it would have been mixed with something I was is allergic to… I’m gonna stop right there.
I had an amazing experience with my first visit to this cold stone. Mina our server was superb, absolutely blown away by her service, she not only careful understood our taste but also gave great suggestions! She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, we need more Minas! The best milk shake I have had in Mansfield, will definitely be coming again soon!
I'd give this establishment a zero if I could! Walked in, 2 customers ahead of me, being observant I noticed there was 2 employees working, both digging down nice and deep to scoop out ice cream WITH NO GLOVES ON WHATSOEVER!!! The fact people don't care about this and are willing to get sick eating from here makes me cringe, I shop at mansfield crossing alot, there will be a time I go in just to see if this is a repeat offense and if it is, I will be contacting the board of health myself! There's more ice cream establishments out there, and I'm sure they are more passionate about the care of customers and their well being, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE giving these guys ANY business AT ALL!!!
Hadn't been to a Cold Stone in maybe 10 years. Hasn't changed much. But what it has, is for the better. It was a great idea to have a "pre-thought of" selection. The ice cream was fantastic. And the service here was top notch!
I was there with my daughter just after school Friday and the manager Kaitlynn was helping us. She was so pleasant, to myself and very interactive with my daughter. The store itself was very clean and organized and it was so nice to be greater by her smiling face. We will be coming back in the near future to make special days even more special.
Service was very slow. Three people behind counter and only one was waiting on customers. The others mulled around doing this and that not even acknowledging customers, even though there was a line, while the other woman did her best to help us. The woman who did wait on us had amazing customer seevice skills. She made the wait worth it.
Went to pickup an order, once I arrived the restaurant was full of people and I went to the counter and was told that it would be 10 minutes. They proceeded to take three additional new orders while I waited for a little over 20 minutes. I though orders should be completed in the order received, instead I'm told that like a waiter you only get one waiter and that allows all the other waiters to ignore the line with an order that no one has started
Worst Coldstone ever. Rude staff and cannot write anything on cake. Try Daddy's dairy instead of this horrible Coldstone.
