Paid for extra berry's and extra Graham cracker.  Clearly saw girl throw the berry's down the chut and what crackers she emptied the powdered crumbs in my ice cream. Not cool and not the first time almost done and not 1 cracker in this mix

I went into this location looking for a cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was very last minute and they didn’t have the cake she wanted. David went above and beyond!  He took my number, made some calls, and called me within an hour to confirm my daughter will have her cake for her birthday. Great service!  Thank you.

What a waste of my time, they have their hours listed until 11pm on a Saturday night, not only that but when you call the number it says 11pm as well, but the worker had the audacity to shoo me away at 10pm when I walked in. I felt like a stray dog the way they talked to me. I'm disgusted with this location and their lack of customer service. I would never return here even with a free coupon.

Super rude ! First of all the door isn’t even locked but yet when you walk in they immediately say sorry we’re closed ! Girl with color hair super rude ! Could have just served us that would have been good customer service ! Update your hours !

I just came here at 9:12pm there website says they close at 10pm plus the shoo me away really that’s very bad customer service I drive all the way out here to get something simple never coming back again it’s a big waste of my time here UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!!!!

I love cold stone creamery it's the only place I can actually enjoy icecream without getting sick to my stomach for I am lactose intolerant since birth.  My favirite is their sundae mix in's. Im so happy thar there is one near me now because I used to get my icecream fix in seal beach.

Been to many cold stones but the staff in this one is the best! Always giving me a little extra and the prices are lower for my “gotta have it” here! Always happy to got there!

Ice cream is great and all but I live five minutes away from this place and whenever i get home the ice cream is already melted.....dissapointing really....even ice cream that you buy at regular markets dont melt as easy as this ice cream that is coming from an ice cream shop.....waste of $$
