Graduation cake - message did not fill well, name - first letter cut off of the rest of the name ... Unfortunately I don't have pic of this "art-work" but this is not something I couldn't live without. The reason why I'm giving 1 star here is the attitude of the girl who was talking to us. Question #1: can you help us to fix this ? Answer: No, unfortunately I can not fix this. Question #2: can you find somebody who can fix this for us ? Answer: no, there is nobody. Question #3: can I talk to manager please ? Answer: let me call her ... after a while: no you can not talk to her. Question #4: When is your manager going to be here so I can talk to her in person ? Answer: I have no idea. Question #5: can you do at least discount price on this thing for us ? Answer: no, I don't have authority to do that. Question #6: can you do anything for us at this point ? Answer: unfortunately I can not do anything. ... Seriously "Cold Stone Creamery" ???

Hands down my favorite ice cream shop in all of Berkeley. It's unfortunately pricey though so I stop by perhaps once a month. For two scoops of ice cream on a chocolate filled sugar cone comes out to ~$7. I can get a gallon of ice cream at Safeway for $7... Nonetheless, it's still really good ice cream. My favorite is the earl grey. I usually sample 2-3 different flavors when I come in since they alternate their flavors everyday, I think.

We order for a chocolate lava molten melt down. The  guy served us in a large size cup. But it should be served in a  plate. When we asked about it the white guy got irritated and dumped large scoops of icecream over hot brownies which was disgusting. We wasted 7$ over a stupid vanilla ice cream and did not get what we asked for.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have come to this store countless times within their hours of operation only to see that their doors are locked. This is no way to run a business, especially in the short pump area. Hopefully they will be closed permanently soon to open up opportunities for much better restaurants.
