Ice cream is always good but the service was very unfriendly and rude.

There were two workers, a guy and a girl. The girl was complaining that she "couldn't deal with the rush" because she had to leave early and the guy that helped me was throwing things, huffing and puffing, upset he had to go and get the pieces needed from the back room. They both were unhelpful in assisting make a decisions and seemed frustrated as we read the menu. My brother, new to Cold Stone, he asked for cookie dough, and they said "we don't have cookie dough" and walked away, instead they should have redirected to the menu. 

Also, if you don't want to be open till your stated closing time then Change it! Don't be upset because we, and about 15 other people came during your business hours with an hour and a half before your closing time. 

I am sympathetic to a point. I understand that they probably had a rough day due to niceish weather and in the summer months and also people asking the same questions over and over. I also think that they were under staffed, and perhaps that would have eased their issues even if they had one more person on staff till closing. 

I don't write many reviews but it was very off putting.

Good ice cream like always. However the trainee that was helping us was a little overwhelmed with the rush that just happened, and instead of his leads/supervisor helping him and giving him a boost of confidence. they were rude to him, and definitely made the stress worse. He did an amazing job and I was more than satisfied. The other lady however after being rude in front of a room full of customers to her employee than went and hid in back until all orders were completed. Five stars for the trainee, negative one star for the lead.

Crew seemed unhappy to be there and I felt almost rushed as if I were a burden. The guy working there walked away in the middle of our order while being spoken to and charged me for 3 larges and a small, not 2 larges a medium and a small. He shrugged it off when it was pointed out to him. 
Icecream was good though.

Workers are nice for being so darn busy. And of course the ice cream is great.

The guy that was the ice cream maker and cashier did not change his gloves in between the two positions and he even came out and turned off their open sign. He wasn't friendly, pleasant or even tolerant we felt like a burden.
