Came here on a Thursday night around 10pm. The girl working was extremely friendly and let me try a few flavors and walked us through their different flavors/the way their ice cream is made. I got a hot fudge sundae with the salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. It was delicious and coco-nutty with a very gooey brownie. It was absolutely great! Unfortunately they didn't have any whip cream so I got double cherries. Overall I was very pleased with my sundae and look forward to coming back and trying different things!

Cool place to get ice cream. It's a tad expensive to my liking, but its good. The downfall is that the restrooms are always locked and you have to ask staff to open them. It makes you think that area is a bad place with locked restrooms.

One girl was great at customer service while the other seemed to be too good to be working there. I mean it can't get any easier that to be scooping ice cream, come on now.

I usually love cold stone. I always get the "All Lovin' No Oven", but this time they were out of whipped cream. It adds a lot to the taste so that was disappointing.  This was early evening on a Sunday so I am not sure how they could run out of an ice cream staple. I opted to replace it with marshmallows and they were stale.

I went in with my 4 yr old brother when we walked in one was in the back working the other was ringing up a customer as soon as she was done she stood there talking to the other girl for about 5 mins or so and we were waiting to get our ice cream & my brother kept asking what got her attention was cause I said “ will get ice cream as soon as she’s done chit chatting “. I rather go to the Oxnard one better Ventura has horrible customer service!!!
