Today was my first time coming to this Cold stone, and as I walked to the door an employee (whos name tag read Asif) was standing with the door open talking to a guy. As I got to the door Asif let the door close in my face. At that point I started walking to get back in the car to go to another cold stone. My friend stopped me and said "It might just be one rude person." I said "Ok.." and walked in to order my icecream. Asif walked behind the counter when we entered and continued to walk to the back. He walked past another employee (whos name started with a B), and didn't even notify him that we were there. Mr.B seen us and took our order. He was very nice! While I was ordering, Asif started sweeping around me without a word. He didn't say "excuse me" or anything. He was in the way of me paying for my order and didn't care. I Will NEVER go back to that creamery!

I love Cold Stone Creamery. Unfortunately there is one worker at this location that is confrontational. He only wants accept certain coupons from the newspaper. He also makes excuses for giving itemized receipts if he's not sure what to do. I like that this location is closer but I will have to take my businesses to a more friendly location like Ellicott City or the one on Reisterstown Road. When the owner is at the store things tend to operate smoothly.

Had a great experience! Midnight delight is their best cake...my family loved it. Also, very helpful staff!!

The place timings are 10.30 pm for closing. But they closed 20 mins earlier. Very rude employees. First promised to give ice cream even though we wanted shake and then suddenly said no even for ice cream . We drove 20 mins just to reach on time. Very misbehaving employees as they said we can talk to their manager anytime . I think even the manager is same rude kind that's why they were not even afraid of any complaint .. don't waste time . Just drive ten more minutes for a better place .

Good ice cream, great customer service; however, the employees were not wearing gloves which can be a health concern.
