I took my family and went to Cold Stone heron bay to have some ice cream on Thursday 10/12/17 . We were there at 9:50pm, half the lights were turned off and the register was closed and the ice cream containers were in the freezers already except for 3. I asked the 2 girls and one boy who were supposedly working there why are you closing early?? The boy answered back in an arrogant way telling me we start closing and 9:45 so we could be done by 10:00 ??!!! Then he said it's not my rules, it's the store's policy??!!! That is a terrible customer service from people who really don't care about their customer nor their business!!! I had to take my family back home with the intention to never going back to that store ever again.

The store was clean and the employee was friendly and worked quickly. I was surprised that there was only the one employee at 4:30 pm.

Never all that busy, perfect place to sit down and enjoy ice cream on a Summer day. Well staffed and have plenty of options, definitely a reoccurring wonderful ice cream spot.
