Me and my family just purchased our first home. Our realtor was Tina F. She was patient and understanding towards both our needs and wants she knew the areas very well. I would highly recommend my family or friends to use this branch.

My family and I have been through many branches and realtors. It took us some time but we finally found Tina foglietta, she has been the best by far. We sold our home and found the perfect home to move into all with the help of Tina at coldwell banker. Highly recommend this to friends, family and anybody looking for some real, professional help on finding your life long home and selling a home. By far the easiest and most helpful ☺️

We have just made our second home purchase with coldwell PP. Tina F made our first purchase a pleasure and educated us on all the proceidures of buying a home. The second home was a bit more of an obstacle but i am truley impressed how well tina and her team handled the process. She always has your best inerests in mind and really is a pricless find!!

DO NOT do any kind of business with this firm. Tina Foglietta will lie to your face and has many connections in the industry that assist her in performing her unethical practices.
