We couldn’t have been more satisfied with how Joe handled us as first time home buyers. He provided excellent guidance though the process and really made it easy for us. He was very patient with us and very generous with his time.   It is very obvious that Joe has a deep knowledge of the real estate industry and has a passion for it.  I couldn’t recommend Joe enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!

Joe Mays assisted us in our real estate needs when we moved to Quincy from Springfield, Illinois.  Joe guided and listened to what we needed in our new home.  He was always available to show us houses and expedited the entire process.  Once we moved we were Blessed by his recommendations for people to help us with projects in our new home. Joe Mays is the epitome of professional! His experience in the real estate field was blatantly evident. He was always honest with his answers and his efficiency was impeccable. He helped us navigate the market in Quincy from a distance as we lived in St Louis during the process. I would absolutely recommend Joe for any real estate needs one may have. I was very happy to have Joe Mays work with me to sell my home. Joe  provided me with outstanding advice about how to prepare the home for sale. He  developed an excellent marketing program and had advertising in place as soon  as possible. . He promptly returned all phone calls, worked hard, illustrated a great understanding of contract details, and had experience working with the corporate relocation company.

My home sold sooner than anticipated and as I was already living and working out of state, I was pleased with how smoothly the contract closed. I really appreciated Joe's expert advice throughout the entire process.
