Looking for a home to RENT.

Patty, the realtor felt the need to repeat that she did not make any money off rentals. She was not very nice.

Karen, who is pretty nice helped us with applications, we put so much effort into the applications and getting additional letters for approval, etc. to be told that all 4 of the applicants needed a credit score higher than 600. We advised her during the first appointment he didn't have a good score, but our application fees were gladly taken.

I am just really disappointed that the conversation after we didn't get the house to rent consisted of, have a nice day. She didn't ask if we wanted to look at anything else or anything. If you're looking to rent, go through another company. They only care about sales.

We worked with Tabitha- She would rearrange her schedule to go walk through a home with us. She was always willing to do that for us. She was very good and we would use her again!
