Was a disaster from start to finish. From listing price to his recommended contractor, it was the worst selling experience in my life. I was a motivated seller with a unique situation ( quick, long distance relo). I went above and beyond to show the property and stage per his wife's recommendations, but we listed way too high in a buyer's market and his 'handy guy' made the situation worse, losing valuable time and money. I was scrambling to figure out a tough situation with no help from Bob. Fortunately, everything is fine but not without incredible headaches and stress. Bob is responsive, and he knows the business but he wasn't the right choice for a high pressure situation.

From day 1 Bob helped us stay ahead of the competition. He used every bit of knowledge he had tools to make sure that in this competitive market we would be successful. We listed and sold our house while others we knew were still waiting. I only wish he was in our new location.

I feel so grateful to have had such an easy and pleasant experience while selling my home. I had sold one home before and it was a wreck, but with Bob he came in and took care of everything before I even had time to worry. I got personal attention and a sold sign in my front yard.

I put my house on the market just as it was going downhill fast. I was worried at first but after Bob was on our team all of those worries went away. I've never met someone so in tune with their industry and it really paid off for us. Bob is the only realtor I'd recommend.
