Never have I met such incompetent agents or such nasty managers. They couldn't manage to put together a simple deal, told another agent that my offer was "a joke", ignored ethics and spoke down to me constantly. 
Instead of peacefully purchasing a first home for my family, I endured hours of ridicule and incompetence leading to significant financial loss for my struggling family. 
In the process of filing an ethics complaint against three separate agents after our deal was passed around the office.
Stay away from here if you value your dignity and/or your hard earned money.
