Just purchased a home and the listing agent was from Coldwell banker, arcadia. We had been receiving mail for the previous owner, so I popped in to give to agent so it could get to previous owner. The blond, older lady at front desk was so rude, and dismissive when I explained why I had brought the mail. My good deed went unappreciated. In fact, I was spoken to so rudely I won't be dropping off any more mail for the previous owners. Bad PR CB.

We had the worst experience EVER trying to RENT, ...JUST RENT a place represented by this joke of a real estate agency.  The office staff was rude to my wife.  The agent denied our application, after telling our real estate agent everything was OK with our application...???   We make over 90K a year, still not enough income,   We have over 6k in our bank account, yet she looks a last year's business losses as this year's losses.  WE ARE NOT TRYING TO BUY A HOUSE....(Which IS easier), just rent and save enough for a good down payment for a home.  We just wanted to rent a place near my job.  This agent played with our emotions and wasted over two weeks of our time. We are definitly going to file a complaint with California Bureau Real Estate against agent Brittany Harrison.  Do NOT patronize this agent or agency.
