I have now completed three transactions with Candice Haight over the past four years. She has done an amazing job representing me as both the buyer, and the seller. Coming from someone who is known to be a very harsh critic that says a lot-just check out my google reviews and you will understand. 
 
When working with Candy for the first time, she all but dragged me out of work in the middle of the day to show me a house (not even on the market yet) when she knew it was the one I was searching for. She was right, I bought it on the spot! The transaction was a little bit bumpy (due to a sluggish seller), but Candy was always on top of everything. She managed to get me the 30-day closing I wanted, and without any real issues!
 
When it was time to sell, I knew exactly who to call and I’m so glad that I did! She sold my house for the full asking price, even before it hit the MLS! The transaction was as smooth as velvet.
 
On to purchasing the next home. I knew Candy was swamped with the spring-time rush and I would be remised to not be concerned that my service level might drop, simply due to overload. If you recall, I demand a lot of attention and have extremely high expectations. I can’t stress enough, she was swamped (picture your worst, most demanding hectic work day ever), but amazingly, I always felt like her only customer. She was on time to every showing and ready to go, including the last-minute ones. Whenever needed, I always had her full attention. When I had questions, she was great about finding the answers in a timely manner. I dragged Candy all over York County and never once, did she make me feel like I was inconveniencing or bothering her. Happily, it was only a matter of days until we found the right house.
 
We’ve all heard about those disastrous real estate transactions from friends or on TV, well, I got to experience one first-hand on this last deal! Everything that could have gone wrong, did. The first lender was a clown, so I fired him. The new lender was worse than the first one. The list of calamities is endless, from inspections; to appraisals; to an incompetent seller’s Realtor representing one crazy seller; to the deal completely falling apart at the 11th hour and coming back together at literally the last second, I mean everything you can possibly think of came out of the wood work on this one! If I had had anyone other than Candy in my corner, there is no way this deal would have happened. She was on top of everything and knew just what to do to get things back on track! Candy is an absolute sweetheart but don’t be fooled, she can also be a real pit bull when push comes to shove and she manages to always come out on top for me.
 
Every time I work with Candy her commitment level to her career and her customers, never ceases to blow me away. It is clear she loves what she does and she is amazing at it. Her experience is evident; she knows her stuff and she will fight for you regardless of which corner you are in. It’s not about a pay check with her, it’s about you, her customer.
 
I come from a family full of successful, local Realtors and I know several of the top producers in York County. I continue to use Candy for one reason, her commitment level far exceeds everyone else’s! I treat the purchasing and selling of my homes like its one of my largest personal financial transaction that i'll handle in my lifetime and you should too because it probably is. Quit waste your time and money with Realtors who are family members, newbies, your distant uncle, your friends or ones who are just going to pawn you off to "their team". Hire the best from day one so that no matter what happens, you have the very best in your corner during every step of the transaction. In the end, It will save you a bunch of headache and you will walk away with more money in your pocket.

I would like to take a moment to share  my experience with anyone looking or thinking about selling or buying a home.We were so fortunate to have Lou Nalls for our realtor when we moved to our new home.  We met him at an open house that my husband and I stopped at.  We had so many questions that needed to be answered before deciding to start this journey.  After talking with Lou it was clear to us that we found the realtor that will guide us through this scary time.  We faced many challenges through out this whole process. Nothing was to much for Lou to handle.  We not only needed to sell the home we were in, but needed to find the perfect home for our large family.  This task was not so easy.  I had a very large "want" list.  We stayed in daily contact with Lou for many weeks.  It didn't take long for our home to sell. That came with many problems that Lou personally handled himself.  We can honestly say that we could not of gotten through that process without the knowledge and experience that Lou brought to the table.  Next step was to find the right home for us.  Lou worked endlessly on this.  He was available for all our questions and crazy moments we had.  There was a lot of them.  We never felt that we were a bother to him.  No matter what the time or day.  The day we found our new home was a dream.  Lou was out of town when we contacted him with our decision to buy.  He went above and beyond to make it happen that moment for us.  We will forever be grateful for his loyalty and commitment to our family.  The day we settled on our home was very emotional for us.  We are now settled in and couldn't be happier.  Settlement was not the last connection we had with Lou.  He had contacted us a few times just to make sure everything was perfect for us.  Lou came to us as a realtor but leaving us a friend.  We have recommended him to every single person we could think of.  Thank you Lou for making our dreams come true.
