Recently purchased a home in downtown Auburn with the assistance of awesome REALTORs Steve + Heather Ostrom and the Rivera team. The dynamic duo of Steve + Heather Ostrom is unmatched. These two did a fantastic job of helping me get my forever home in an area that I had watched for almost a year. It seemed nothing was for sale in my price range or only stayed on the market for a handful of days. I found the perfect home and The Ostroms charged in with my best interest in mind during the entire process. Buying a home can be a stressful time, bidding, getting out-bid, the loan process, and the wait before getting the keys. This team took the best care of me during this time, and they are still getting photos of the house as I transform it into my forever home. The awesome REALTORs Steve + Heather Ostrom are great additions to your home buying team. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling for the first time or 10th time. Steve and Heather Ostrom were by far the most competent and professional real estate agents I have worked with. Buying or selling a house is a very in depth process, and to come across such professionals that are honest, easy going, extremely competent, is by far a gift. I will no longer settle for an incompetent, dishonest agents. Steve and Heather Ostrom stand out in every way possible, and should be commended for their excellent work. Steve and Heather Ostrom with Coldwell Banker were an answer to prayer! I had a complicated situation of selling a home with my ex-husband while living six hours away from the home. I was totally disgusted with the work ethic of the Realtor my ex had hired…never returned phone calls, never visited the home, and lied about everything. After 3 months of this and no offers, I contacted the Realtor’s boss and asked to be released from my contract. Desperately, I searched for someone to help… I asked friends, family and even took to the internet for help with my situation, and that is where I found my answer. I began reading reviews of Realtors throughout California when I happened on a pattern of wonderful reviews for a Realtor couple in the Roseville/Rocklin area. The thing that caught my eye about the reviews was how everyone felt that Steve and Heather Ostrom had helped them get into the house of their dreams… I was surprised how many home buyers were so very happy with them and also with such touching sincere personal stories these folks would share while reviewing Steve and Heather's successful efforts. I called them immediately and Steve came to the house to meet with me. Steve reviewed the home and seemed very interested in understanding my specific difficulties and desires to sell quickly. He clearly was concerned and understood the basic situation very well. Steve spent a little time presenting his plan and telling me about him, Heather, and their work ethic. He shared with me some specific details about what they would do and because of his honest and professional manner combined with a plan of action that he created right there across the kitchen counter, I hired him. It was the best decision I've made in a while. Steve and Heather took over all the details of marketing, staging the home, and arranged every detail from yard maintenance issues to carpet cleaning. From the time Steve took on the job, he and Heather became the best advocates for selling my home that anyone could ever want and kept me up-to-date daily via phone calls, text messages, and/or emails. I never had to chase them down or wonder what was going on. Within thirty days, Steve and Heather had found a wonderful family to buy my home and all the difficult details that had me swimming in confusion were not insurmountable, especially with Heather's help. Both Steve and Heather saved me from bankruptcy, or short sale, or any number of ugly options that were becoming very much a possibility due to the delays and mishandling of the previous Realtor and for that I will always be tremendously grateful. Steve and Heather listened to my difficult and complicated problems regarding the sale of my home and then stated exactly what they could and would do to help. They are true to their word and went above and beyond in assuring a successful conclusion. Steve and Heather are not your average Realtors; they truly care about their Clients and meeting their Client’s needs. They are such hard workers and exemplify the saying, “when the going gets tough, the tough get going!” Thank you Steve and Heather! You will always remain in my heart and prayers with my whole gratitude for helping me through one of the most difficult times of my financial life with integrity, kindness, and patience, while exemplifying a work ethic that most folks have never even heard of, much less recognize when they see it. You guys are the best and I wish you every success in all your future personal and professional dealings. May God bless you both.

The Ostrom's are an outstanding Real Estate Power Couple!!! They were recommended to us by friends and we would never consider using anyone else for any of our real estate needs. We will forever recommend them to friends and family. They were the most warm and friendly yet professional couple we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They always had our best interests at heart and were responsive to our needs no matter what time of day without question. They knew what we were looking for and did not try to sell us something we didn't want. They worked around our crazy schedule's and went out of their way to accommodate us. They gave us recommendations for everything we needed: inspectors, repair services, cleaning, financing, etc. and helped us with every aspect of the process. Home buying should always be this easy! We can't sing enough praises about the Ostrom's!!!

Not only do Steve & Heather Ostrom know the local real estate market really well, but they are such nice, authentic, and fun people. I've watched them interact with clients and the public for years. They do a great job getting the best for their clients, and they are an outstanding example of how to successfully run a real estate business.
