BUYER BEWARE OF THE WORTHLESS PLACE THEY CALL A REAL ESTATE BUSINESS (LAUGHABLE)

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, that is more then what they deserve. 
We've called 4 different agents with this SO-CALLED REAL ESTATE Firm AND NOT 1 OF THEM HAS THE PROFESSIONALISM OR THE COURTESY  TO CALL US BACK. . My husband had an appointment with a female agent, but when she learned we weren't buying a $500,000 house, she snubbed her nose to us and NEVER CALLED US BACK. . Called 2 other male agents in the office about multiple pieces of land they had listed ($120,000), they to NEVER RETURNED OUR MULTIPLE CALLS.
MY HUSBAND then called Jerritt Wiser and he to doesn't call you back.
Times must be way to good for this place right now because everyone's feasting on steak, but time will change and they'll be scraping by and won't even be able to afford burger. 
I hope this is when they finally realize that our sale also mattered. This is called KARMA!

I had the misfortune of wanting to rent a house from Wes Hodge. Apparently he Specializes in Commercial  and Residential  Development at this office. He was a total jerk. He made it very clear that he has a problem with single parents. When he found out I am one, he tacked on another $2000 deposit for the place. He went from only wanting $1800 for me to move in to over $4000. He also wanted to tack on more for the rent to pay for yard maintenance, because he said I would have a hard time with the upkeep, because of me being a single parent. BTW, I am a passionate gardener and that is the number one reason I want a house is to be able to garden and keep the yard. And all this is before he knew anything about my rental history, income, or trustworthiness. I make more money and am in a much better place now than I ever was when I was married. I would be much less of a risk now than I was as a married couple. But he didn't even take the time to find out any of that. I'm writing all this to let everyone know what kind of guy he is. Thank goodness I found out what he is like before I got into a contract with him. I cant imagine what he must be like to deal with on a regular basis!

I referred a friend to Kirk to help her look for a home.  Given the market right now, it was difficult for her to find one that fit her needs and her budget, but Kirk showed great patience and got her into a home she is very happy with.  Thanks Kirk!
