My daughter and son-in-law recently bought their first home and it was a great experience.  We've known Terry and  Karen Gill for years. They were wonderful neighbors, both with smart, ethical business minds, and are genuinely good people. Although any of their agents could have handled the sale, my daughter was a nervous first time buyer and requested Terry as her agent. I was happy knowing he would take care of them as if they were his kids. Coldwell Banker Town and Country is the only real estate company I would use!
