I normally do not write reviews of any nature, but Tristan stood out to me as one of those individuals that will literally go above and beyond for people. I sent an inquiry to Tristan and he replied within 20 minutes! The inquiry had nothing to do with buying or selling a house. I was looking for a property management company for a home in Tahoe. Tristan went above and beyond to assist me with finding the person I was looking for. Within a few hours I had the information I needed. It's refreshing to know there are people like Tristan still out there.  Thank you!

I have known Tristan as a neighbor for many years and I can say that he is an honest and caring individual who takes care of people with the highest level of integrity. He is active in this community and enjoys working with people both professionally and through his involvement in local sports. Long before we purchased our house his website was our "Go to" to preview all of the listings in the North Shore area. He is who I recommend to anyone who asks either in Tahoe or the Bay Area.

I would highly recommend Tristan Roberts & Associates to anyone looking to buy or sell or home or for help with property management. I have a home on the west shore and Tristan & his partner Kenny were invaluable in helping me manage all the details and work to get it ready to vacation rent. They are professional, reliable and very enjoyable to work with.

When moving to Tahoe back in 1999 I had very little knowledge of the real estate market in the area. After landing a job  a friend and I decided to purchase a home in North Lake Tahoe but where was the right fit for us?" Tristan spent extensive amounts of time researching different areas and finding a deal that would meet our tight budget. With 20 + years experience under his belt we continue to work together and greatly appreciate his attention to detail and the confidence he gives us that things will be done right.

I have been working in the mortgage business for over a decade and can truly say that Tristan is amazing to work with. He loves helping people and is passionate about the Tahoe area; both traits that I would want in my real estate agent. I would highly recommend Tristan!
