We were referred to this office before moving to Knoxville. We were referred to Gary Harwell by an agent in the office who didn't work as far north of Knoxville as my wife and I were looking to buy.

Gary was patient with us a first time home buyers. He was thorough from the first time we met him through closing on the home. Gary drove up to Campbell County multiple times for showings, worked tirelessly to get things done with realtors from another county and company that were not the most available. He was flexible in his schedule and made sure both my wife and I were able to go see places and meet him when needed.

Once we found a place, Gary took his time to ensure the details of the documents, what we wanted/needed/prioritized, etc and we felt as if he always had our best interest in mind. He did alot of leg work, which I know some would say "is his job" to get us to the closing, but it took what seemed to be above average amount of back-n-forth with multiple parties to ensure the closing was going to happen as it needed to, with all the fine details covered.

Gary has been doing this for a while and therefore has insights and instincts about homes that help you feel confident he will not lead you to a home that will not be the right fit (unless you insist, of course), or would lead you to troubles right out the gate. His attention to detail is amazing and his communication is timely, clear, and efficient.

If we need to sell while he's still here and if he's willing to come out to Campbell County again, he's our guy. I'd recommend him to anyone coming to Knoxville. He knows the area, knows the business, and gets the job done right the first time.

USAA referred me to this particular Coldwell office and put me in contact with Realtor agent extraordinaire, Valerie Given, and I could not be happier with her service and the home she helped me locate and purchase. I was living out of state and Ms. Given stepped into the gap for me and was present for the various inspections, closing of escrow etc and really went above and beyond the call of duty. Fantastic service, fabulous agent. Heartily recommend!

When we called the office to inquire about rental homes the people answering the phone were consistently rude.    Normally I would have just moved on to the next rental agency but they seemed to have quite an inventory of homes and we were having trouble finding a nice house. 

The rental listings on their website would state that pets were negotiable based on type, breed, and quantity however in almost every instance when we started to describe our one dog they would say no pets allowed whatsoever at this house. 

They made zero accommodations for out-of-town clients.  We had already been burned on traveling five hours to Knoxville only to find out the house we really liked just got rented an hour ago.  We asked if we could go ahead and put deposit down on a house that met all our needs based on the pictures/location but they said w

When we meet an agent to view a rental house she almost hit my car so she could pull hers into the driveway.  She did not show us around the house at all, was not friendly, and was even irritated when we asked her questions about the house.
