I had the most pleasant customer service experience.  I bought the wrong belt size, but I did not have the receipt to return it.  They did not have my correct size in the belt, so he found a different store with the belt and had them ship it to our house free of charge. It went flawlessly, and the gentleman helping us was extremely pleasant.

If you're a fan of Cole Haan's styling, you'll like the store. They recently renovated (and shrunk their size by 50%). It looks like the focus is more on men's shoes and casual loafers, with around the remaining 1/3 of the store dedicated to women's footwear.  They continue to focus on comfort over sexiness. But you can't go wrong for a work shoe if your job is on the conservative side. Staff is great! #Buckhead #Shoes
