After I payed $150 I was told the screen froze during receipt printing and would have to pay again , this time on her personal phone. Very strange! I have receipts for my credit card charge but I  still was not able to leave the store with my purchase. This cannot be legal

I lost the receipt & deleted the email and can’t find either  but her name was something like Heimyha. I may have spelled it wrong I am sorry in advance. It was the best customer care I’ve ever had in that store. She helped find sizes and helped me to the register as well it was the best customer service I had in any store that day and I went to a bunch. It was 5/5/2023 yesterday around 12:45 pm. She was super friendly and kind. I was very grateful for the assistance it made shopping easy and enjoyable.

Very kind associates, great sale prices. I didn't intend to buy anything that day, but buy one, get one for 50% off encouraged me to buy 2 pairs of shoes.

The lady Lygia that helped me went extra mile to let me knows that they offer 20% discount if you work in healthcare! She was very kind and helpful. Hard to find these days! thank you

Oops, I bought another pair of shoes. Could not help myself. They were on sale what a deal. Always have to check their sales when I am at the outlet. But, be careful the deals are so good you won't be able to resist . Styles are beautiful  and the leather soft and comfy....HAPPY  SHOPPING.

Bought shoes here  for about 3 years. Went in and inventory is bad. Store is disorganized. Customer service was bad and also rude. Shop online or Nordstrom rack also carries similar shoes in this store often for a better price.

Being a long time Cole Haan client who has over 15 pairs of Cole Haans currently in my collection and having bought well over 30 pairs in my life, I am very disappointed to write this review.  I have a defective pair of Cole Haans lightly used and the bottom split.  For nearly 3 months I have been doing everything the store and the customer service company number has asked and they keep losing the information, or pointing me to a new direction.  I would love to have a very simple replacement pair, but they can't do that.  They keep asking for repeat info.  The client service is equivalent to Comcast/Xfinity or calling a company that does not speak English.  This has been such a terrible experience that I will no longer by a pair of Cole Haan's again.  Lazy, uninterested, unaccountable, and clueless.  Very sad the people I have communicated with represent the company.

Well laid out store, many choices of dress and casual shoes. Name br ax HD that deserves its reputation for style and quality. Look for sales, discounts and clearance. Shop carefully and you can do very well.

I love this place I look for opportunity just to go buy a pair of shoes are in new purse the customer service is great the employees are great and the product is excellent can't wait for my next shopping spree
