Really appreciate how well they worked with me. They were friendly, easy and explained everything to me clearly. My car was repaired fast and they even called me before to fix something else they noticed that my insurance forgot to report. Car looked brand new on the outside and they kept my car clean inside. Thanks!!

I just have to say that Coles Collision was there for me when my insurance company wasn't. My insurance company was not willing to work with me for towing and storage fees, but Coles was. In the end I ended up with a great experience thanks to Josh and his team at Coles North Greenbush. I would Definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for anything in the future.

Excellent quality body work. Had 2 cars damaged. Both cars were detailed after repairs and they looked better than new. Coles provided me a loaner car at no charge. Coles made my bad situation as convenient and simple as possible. I received progress texts during the repairs. Thanks John Cole for opening your newest shop in North Greenbush.
