Went in for a recall for one something, there were warning lights lit up on the dashboard for something else and they did not address that. Not even a phone call to say they had checked it or if i wanted it fixed—what kind of service department let’s a vehicle go without checking out a known problem?? 
And the sales dept doesn’t listen to what a customer says they can afford and pulls a fast one on older customers, will NOT buy another vehicle here

Great experience! Erica and Russell accommodated me fully, especially being that I live an hour and forty-five minutes away. Made me a deal I couldn't walk away from! I will refer friends here without hesitation!

Bill Cole Subaru is awesome. They have been extremely helpful every time I have been there. I purchased my 2016 Crosstrek from them in May 2016 and have had all service performed there since. Love the customer service and the coupons. This is an wonderful place. Everyone should go here to get their Subaru 😁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
