Fast service great drinks and really good food selection. Breakfast items are served all day long. You order your food and drinks at the counter. The drinks come up fast. The food is then delivered to your table for you. Really cool outside seating is located right along State Street so you can watch all the action.

Fun coffee spot in the midst of a bustling U of Wisconsin and downtown Madison commons area.  Many coffee varieties and a wide selection of fresh baked goods to choose from.  Prices are on par with what you would expect in a busy college town, but not cost prohibitive.  Funky atmosphere and good vibes.  Will be returning.

Great place to people watch, study, write, have coffee a beer or a bite to eat. Very very busy, frequently no place to sit. Wifi. Staff is great.

Staff can be rude and there are typically large number of homeless people coming in and out of the store. Very busy and WiFi is spotty- also usually children walking around the store asking if you would buy their candy. Bathrooms always seem dirty. If you like distractions and a crowded study spot- this is a good place.

I work close and with my love for coffee in the morning I've stopped here quite a few times. 

The coffee consistently tastes old or as if they do not clean their crafts or machines well. The same thing with anything espresso, it tastes burnt and like the machines are not cleaned often enough.  

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes I get a worker who is kinda happy (based on appearance), but most often the workers look like they are in pain or miserable. If I order a baked good item I have to remind the worker who took my order to grab it for me half of the time. 

Being a a more crafty/hipster kinda coffee shop I can't complain about wait times, although things are a little slower than most shops the wait is typical coffee shop.

Ending on a high note, the food is pretty tasty and even though I don't ever stick around to chill, the place itself has a decent atmosphere to study or work.
