If anyone is in the market for a RV, I HIGHLY recommend heading to Colerain and asking for Erick Faust. Erick gave me the best sales experience I have ever had, based on his professionalism, attentiveness, communication, honesty and desire to do anything possible to please the customer. For instance, there was a seating upgrade that I desired that EVERYONE said was impossible, even the manufacturer. Erick went to work and found EXACTLY what I was wanting. He could have gone with what everyone else was saying (that it wasn't possible), because they didn't want to go the extra mile, but he took it upon himself to seek out what I truly wanted. When it's time for another RV, Erick will have my business 100%! I'm admittedly not an easy person to please, but he exceeded my expectations. Great work!

Terrible communication! Great prices, but if you want any follow up or service, go elsewhere!! We totally agree with the comment that another reviewer made as far as basically feeling like you need to throw your money at them to get any communication! Ridiculous! Can't get a call back! I would not waste my time with these people. They apparently don't need the sales and it shows in their lack of taking care of their customers. Glad we figured this out before we purchased a camper from them! Would never recommend! #taking our business elsewhere#bye bye

Just went in to pick up a few accessories. Ended up having a nice chat with a Salesman named Eric who was very friendly and very informative with some of the questions that I had. Pleasant experience.

I bought an Rv from here. The  Salesman was fantastic was not pushy and will work with you on the price of your rv. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have not had to use the mechanical side of the building yet as I bought brand new. I would buy from here again.

Sales people are nice. But, as for customer service on calling you back. And finance people don't do there job. Turned in credit app on Wednesday. Saturday they still had not ran it or started process on finance. Long story short. I told them deal was off. Forget about running my credit. I can buy elsewhere.
