Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the staff and management at this location. Not only is the customer service practically non-existent, they are rude beyond belief. I spent 15 mins helping a lady with a walker find the right tool after watching a sales clerk ignore her. I went about finishing my shopping, and when I got to the counter, the older lady was trying to get access to the bathroom. She was told to go this way, then that way, to ask one person at one side of the store and then told to go ask at the counter, then the same exact rigamarole. Just picture your grandma walking back and forth in the aisles, clearly in distress. The staff talked down to her, and so I felt I should say something. I told the clerk it was shameful the way she treated that woman, and asked if she would treat her own mother that way. Well, this was clearly the height of insult to the clerk who started screaming at me. I raised my voice in return and screamed for the manager. His response was to mindlessly defend his employee with a smug look on his face, while his “muscle” tough guy got in my face and pushed me out of the store. I could not have felt better about spitting on their threshold. Here’s a customer service pro-tip: if there is an elderly lady with a walker asking for help at your counter,  SHE TAKES PRIORITY. Absolutely disgustingly shameful, I don’t think a worse customer service experience is even possible.

Pretty good selection of items in the downtown core. In fact, I can't think of any where else downtown that can match them for accessibility and selection. Great for electronics and stuff for tinkering.
