Although the craftsmanship and the product was excellent. There was some very friendly staff  at the time of my visit. Extremely helpful considerate and kind. G rude elderly lady that works there almost cancels out the rest of the shopping experience. My opinion anytime you were supposed to be and customer service and our customer service representation, there's no call for ruinous ugliness and unprofessionalism.

Great business. Fair prices. The techs are always friendly and thorough. I highly reccomend College Tire for my family's tire purchase and repair needs.

We had called ahead if time and they only had 1 of the tires I needed so the sweet lady said she would hold the tire until we got there. When we did get there they were really busy. They finally told us to pull into a bay. The technician got my ticket and left for what seemed like forever. Then they paged me to the front. The sweet lady seemed totally frustrated and explained that they had given my tire to someone else. We were trying to figure out what to do when the technician ran up and explained that the vehicle that they had put my tire on was still there and they pulled it off and would have it on my truck in moments. They were awesome.
