Once you try them...youll not go back to those big chain drug stores where they treat you like a stranger every visit.

Because of the awful hours this pharmacy has I have had to go to Tom thumb to fill a couple of my monthly prescriptions over the weekend. The next time I was in Collin Drugs I was told that they medications that I have taken for years is not to be  filled by them anymore due to my crazy decision to go to another pharmacy when COLLINS was closed.  If you have to take anything that is considered to be a medication controlled by the FDA don't go here! They were terrified to fill my Ambien and said because it was "controlled " and one month suddenly decided to flat out refuse to fill my Nerve damage medicine, Lyrica  because they were angry how much it cost them to purchase and said verbatim "it costs me too much to buy up front. I don't want to fill your Lyrica anymore. " 

Yet when I do as I'm told I'm banned from being helped at all in the future. I was astonished! I told the older clerk to pull my entire prescription history and explain to me in detail what I had done to be treated like trash.  

They are just so uninterested in the customers each time I was in there it confused me. Their crappy attitude is obviously a problem amongst this staff and they are not worth the hassle. AT ALL. 

Last,  my husband was told that they have been investigated by the DEA so much they no longer even carry basic pain or anxiety meds. That's just odd. Good luck!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The staff was so nice. I'd definitely recommend for all family's pharmacy needs. Very family friendly people! They helped when my newborn needed antibiotic cream for his diaper rash.

I just love my pharmacy Collin Drugs located in Allen TX. Very professional and helpful.

I like this family owned pharmacy a lot. Have been using them for a couple years. The owner knows his customers by name and greets them when they come in. You won't find that at Target or Walmart. Good prices, and they work through any insurance issues you might have.
