Workers are friendly and attentive, the only negative thing is that when you pay extra to have the interior cleaned, if you own a SUV they don't clean past the  back seat the cargo area is not included in the price.

I pulled into your establishment on Longwood Ave and State Street on March 21st 2017 at 6:50. A very nice rep came up an assisted me with picking the type of car wash package i wanted. So i go threw the carwash as the wash cycle ends i look for a bay to pull my car to so i can get towel dry and my the of inside of my car vacumed. A car is finishing up behind me so i have to move my vehicle. The other two drying bays towards the left were already taken. A worker directs me to pull forward so he can complete service. As soon as i shut the car of and get out of my vehicle another worker comes to tell the guy who jus started drying my car that i need to move my vehicle so the person behind me can get out. I happily comply and asked where do they want me to move. The gentleman points to the last drying bay and says park in front of the other car so now my car is outside the building in front of a bay were a car was. I thought to myself... hmm how will they vacuum the inside of my car maybe they have a portable vacume. So i get out my car again after parking. And i started to head for the bathroom. And another worker approaches me and proceeds to tell me in a rude manner that i need to move my car so the other car can get out. I laughed and said are you serious? You can't be? He said yes that car has to get out. So i was a little fed up at this point and asked for a manager. This same worked proceeds to ask if I'm under the influence of drugs? I looked at him in amazement and said please go get you're manager. "Manager" comes out says he's the assistant manager. Turns out it was the same gentlemen that assisted me 1st time when i was selecting the type of carwash service i wanted. So i explained to him that these guys clearly dont know what there doing. Being that I had to move my car so much. So he tells me to please move my car from outside the 3rd bay 2nd bay inside. By this time 2nd bay was empty now so i had to back my car into the 2nd bay. So my cars is back inside now. I get out the car and finally they started to dry off my car and vacuum it out. I work in customer service I have to say one of team members was very very unprofessional. Talking to me like i choose to be passed around from bay to bay after already paying for full service. All in all the experience was a nightmare. I just gotten out of work all i wanted was to get my car washed and go home and cook my dinner. I will be sharing my experience by word of mouth. Oh yes my car left you're establishment at 7:02 so that means it took well over 10 minutes for my car to be complete. And that same worker that was nasty with me did a terrible job. Here's the pictures. You can clearly see dirt. I can do a better job for way less $$$.  I have a 2 door coupe so you would think the would've  done better. 😔😔

Great car wash with hand towel dry. The unlimited wash is a really good deal .

I paid 30 bucks to have my car vacuumed and washed...car was dirty and salt was still on it...someone used a towl supposed to be used on dashboard (armoral) on inside of windsheild...very pisses
