I booked a room through an online site, there were complications. I called the B&B directy to handle the matter, from the beginning of the conversation the man was utterly rude. Constantly implying it was solely my fault and I was being dishonest about the situation. The conversation ended with the man hanging up the phone on me. It's fair to assume I was equally as rude during this discussion, but I was not. The man was irked by the complication and simply chose to be irate in a postion that requires professionalism. I'm sure the B&B is nice, but the people certainly are not.

Really great B&B! My wife and I enjoyed our time at this homely & rustic establishment. The owners are very friendly, the rooms are really affordable and beautiful. Everything is spotless, clean and neat.
