Inconsistent and Slow. Referrals not done timely, can't get prescriptions approved for express scripts in a timely manner. Staff has an attitude if you question what they want you to do. Don't return calls. Closes at noon on Friday so if you need something better not wait. Had an appointment scheduled at 215 didn't see the doctor until over an hour later. Reason? Oh someone up front made an error. They want your money and they insist you be on time because their time is valuable, clearly they don't feel their patients time is as well. Has gotten worse over time. Going to start looking for a new Dr. Office. I actually like Dr. Soto but clearly he has no control over what his staff does or does not do. If he did, his orders would be done when needed. Save yourself the grief.

Dr. Pridgen is phenomenal, her nurse staff is great, I always feel properly taken care of. Prescriptions don't always get sent over immediately, I've had to remind them by phone before, and on three separate occasions I've been billed for co-pay that I paid at sign in. Both problems were easily fixed with a phone call though.

Dr.soto is an awful Dr. He should not be allowed to practice medicine at all, for almost 6yrs I've been begging him to find out why I stay so sick and for all these years all he could say was that I was crazy and needed mental health well I'm here to say it has taken me almost a year to finally find a Dr who knows what she's doing and has diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease and Hashimoto's disease and as well protein S deficiency, so please for the love of God don't go to that man he only cares about the money and insurance pay if you value your life I suggest you see someone else,on the other hand I loved the staff dearly but Soto is not the person to put your life on his hands

Awful, awful. Dr Soto is a good Dr. But what good is that if you can't get the prescriptions refilled because his staff is so slack that after four phone calls to his office, and by the way, you have to leave a message because they won't talk to you, they still don't call in your prescription. Don't even think of going there if you need medications for your health.
