The staff that we dealt with were awful from beginning to end. We walked in, the lady that we met with didn't get up from her seat or her desk to shake our hand. We had to go to her. During the meeting she stayed behind her desk, showed no remorse for our loss and instead only wanted to know how we  were going to pay. If it wasn't for the fact that we have other families members buried here, we would have walked out. The worst customer service, especially when families are going through a loss.  Additionally charging half the cost of a plot to have a families members ashes buried on top of a plot/burial of a family member who already paid for the plot. Double dipping to make money at it's best.

Half of my family is here just placed my mom here a week ago now looking for a head stone always clean I just love this place because my family is here and when I go I want to be with them also 5 for me.

The have thieves there. Someone keeps stealing my mother's flowers and they don't care. I have had the flowers replaced twice in 2 months. I have called both times and the staff doesn't give a rats ass.
