This place is pretty good. It's clean, no roaches, the carpet and paint looked new. I was able to walk on the carpet barefooted and not feel grossed out. Towels are not soft, but they are clean. Not bad for the price and the owners are good. Internet is great. Sometimes it can be a little loud from the highway around 7:30 pm but it's quiet overnight. If you are in Downey for a week, stay in the motel and ask for the weekly rate. It's a better deal. Overall, this is a good place if you need to save money.

Meh.. Pretty basic overall. $65 for a room, one bed. Was given a smoker room without being asked. Facilities are a little old. Common wear and tear.. Go to a more recognizable chain.. Never been disappointed there.

My friend has a lawsuite going on here because of the fact that he went with his own sex here n the owners didnt allow that so they got kicked out

Overall the price was good the young girl was plesant apon checking in, but when I asked for one more towel the older woman was very rude i asked for one more towel for my two small children. She was extremely rude saying no at first and then she said I hate this it was more like yelling at me. Then gave me one. Later when I checked out they wouldn't give me my room key deposit back because they said they were keeping it because my husband arrived later. We will not be back.
