For over 60 years, Colonial Roofing & Siding Company, Inc., has been a leader in home improvement in the Hudson Valley, New York area. Because we use the highest grade of materials and employees with training and experience, we have become the company to call for your roofing, siding, doors, fascia, soffit, gutters, and leaders. We are a family business and believe that every job is important. We complete the best possible job for every customer.

We do not sub-contract. There's no substitute for an experienced person with a feel for the job. In order to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction, every job is done by our own qualified employees. Each job is supervised by a foreman with a minimum of 15 years of experience. This is your assurance of quality, durability, and value. We still offer hammer and nail installation upon request. Installation with hammer and nails has a different "feel"; this gives the roofer an enlightened view on the condition of the existing roof sheathing and makes them more aware of any problems they might encounter.
We are fully insured with Worker's Compensation and General Liability insurances, completely protecting the homeowner. We also carry all necessary Torch Down insurances for rubber roofing. We care about our customers and don't expect you to be liable to insure our workers—that's our job!
