I came in for service, which would have only lasted a few hours if it were a simple replacement part, but unfortunately there was more to be repaired than initially thought by my local mechanic. The service adviser, Stephen, was helpful and understanding. He made the best of a bad situation, offering a loaner car and a discount for the repairs taking longer than expected. I am satisfied that the work was done and believe that it was necessary maintenance for the life of the car. If/ when work is needed on the car in the future, I will be a returning customer.

If your looking for a stress free buying experience go see Shawn Gallagher. He was very helpful, kind, and always got back to me right away with any questions or concerns I had. Would highly recommend him and Colonial South Chevrolet!

Excellent service! Even for a dealership. Adam was very patient and the process wasn't too excruciating. They were very sensitive to our time and took care of all the details. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and when we go back for our 3rd Ford - it definitely will be at that dealership

I have to say that my buying experiences at Colonial South have been great however I have seen a huge decline recently in their service. I have now left three messages for a callback for a simple oil change scheduling. It is now going on five days and three messages with no call back.  A bit ridiculous since I am practically begging to spend money there.
