this was not a pleasant experience at all. they were incompetent in this closing. they did not put account numbers on the checks so it can be applied to the proper account. i am now in collections.  i didnt understand some things on the closing statement  and my title officer suggested i go hire an attorney if i did not like it. they need to understand that the public does not do closings everyday and they need to be more patient to explain things to the clients. i will NEVER use them again in the future. it does not cost anything to be pleasant.

I have had this Company and team at Colonial Title LLC handle dozens of closings over for my Company over the past 5 years and they are, without a doubt,  THE BEST Company I have ever dealt with in PA or anywhere .  I used other Title Companies before I found Colonial  that messed up on numerous things from not recording deeds correctly, to forgetting information on closing docs, to not being able to reach a LIVE person and the list goes on and on trust me.....this is the place to use and I highly recommend anyone doing Real Estate closings in PA and other states this Company is licensed for a smooth, simple, and enjoyable experience. A BIG Thanks to the best title agent I've ever worked with,  Tammy Cox,   also to Vanessa and Renae... thanks for providing me and my Company such an amazing experience I truly appreciate all you do!
