I appreciate the focus on environmental friendliness. I've gone to this place for over a year, and everything's been perfectly fine. I like the choice of scent/no scent and the friendliness of the service.

I had a small stain on a brand new Ermemegildo Zengo tie the size of a thumbtack.  I asked them if they could get it out.  I got the tie back with a bigger stain on it that covered 10inches of the tie.  I suppose it was the cleaning solution they used.  They also pressed the tie unevenly and appeared to had done so a number of time as it was frayed at the end.  I wore the tie 3x.  Now I'm out $200+ the cleaning fee.

If that wasn't enough, I also brought them a suit that had a button missing on the sleeve.  I asked them to take a button from the inside of the jacket to match and replace the missing button on the sleeve.  When I picked the suit up for a trip to NYC I checked the button to see if they had done as I asked.  They did.  However, when I got to NYC and put the jacket on the button fell off.  Obviously they did a splendid job sewing it on.

This place is nothing short of a joke.  Total lack of quality control.  It doesn't take much to check your work and be honest about it when you ruin someone's clothes opposed to passing it off as job well done.
