I was impressed at how efficiently the lines moved, and how pleasant the personnel was, in particular Joan and Chris. They answered all of my questions and offered their personal insights into how to best process my paperwork. They are a credit to the DMV and I hope the agency recognizes that fact.

Done in 45 minutes. Friendly, professional service. Excellent! Facility is clean, and certainly did not smell bad.

In and out in less than half an hour, 9am on a Thursday. If you actually read up on what you need to bring with (on the CO DMV website), the experience will go much smoother 😉

I had no problems, I went in at 1:20 pm was done by 2:00 pm . I had friendly and helpful staff helping me. Very impressed!

Came in on 12/29,  the women I talked to first was incredibly rude and told me the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone the previous day. I had to get another ticket and was met by an extremely unprofessional and rude woman at the front door who was impolite and didn't even allow me to speak and explain to her my situation, I'm not surprised that this same woman has gotten numerous poor reviews, she lacks basic people skills, The other 4 employees I dealt with throughout the day were courteous and respectful. Managers, please hold your employees accountable, the rude ones are the reason this place has such a bad reputation.
